- Photos of the deck, underlayment or leak barrier, fasteners and nailing area, ventilation, and starter and ridge components.
- Contractor credential where an enhanced plan requires it.
- Exact warranty name.
- Registration confirmation, if that plan uses registration.
- The current warranty PDF.
- Transfer instructions.
